Originally an anagram, pertaining to a group of delinquent high schoolers who were prone to skip school to toke up, and listen to music, whilst playing hacky sack. Originally coined in an armpit town just outside of Buffalo, NY called Batavia. Now a term used for the classification of a clique that contains multiple people who tend to skip out on school/work/responsibilities to hang out or party with fellow members of said clique to uphold a certain reputation of being a complete badass when in reality are complete jackasses.
