The word is derived from 'Japanese Doctor' which was a popular two part hentai series in April 2018 which featured a deranged doctor who would trick school girls into having sex with him and would eventually hypnotise all the girls and impregnate them. The series ends with the doctor ejaculating inside a schoolgirl as she is giving birth.
