Upon receiving the donated organ the recipient experiences (or inherits) recollections of past encounters involving said member. These can be vivid memories in which the recipient can recall the exact feelings and state of arousal felt by the previous owner. These can be particularly disturbing depending on the sexual predilection of the previous owner.
