Sedgwick (as in Sedgwick Claims Management Services), is a worldwide insurance company crafted in the deep reaches of soulless corporate hell, often hired by large corporations, such as Walmart, Home Depot, or any big box retailer to minimize loss by invalidating claims made by victims of workplace neglect. In cases where it isn't possible to invalidate the claimant, Sedgwick will use other methods to reduce the victim's drive. This includes, but is not limited to, denying each and every request for hospitalization, treatment, or damages. You will need a lawyer to live through the fight, so ask your doctor if he has any recommendations.
