One who can simultaneously maintain a reputation of respectability and extreme degeneracy. These individuals are known to some as upstanding professionals, to others as party-animals with deviant tendencies, and known to a select group (typically comprised entirely of other respectable-degenerates) as both. The ability to know how to behave amongst different groups and individuals is a requirement for successful respectable-degeneracy.
