To have sex, usually with a stripper. From season 8, episode 3 of The Simpsons "Separate Vocations" the euphemism is used in regards to Mayor Quimby having sex with a mistress in a motel room. Later used in season 3, episode 1 of Supernatural "The Magnificent Seven" in reference to Dean Winchester having sex with a stripper or strippers. It does not mean to suck dick, Destiel shippers.
