A shady baller refers to a baller who feels the need to call attention to their own "baller"ness. This may be seen through such actions as asking all of their coworkers to join them in a particular activity so that it may make them as "baller" as the "baller" sees themselves. Another example would be a shady "baller" describing all of the ways of which they are "baller" and how "baller" that makes them. A shady baller lacks any self awareness and improperly identifies themselves as "baller" to such a degree that they are not, in fact, "baller".
