Dinosaur motor dick. When you put the balls on your eyes and the shaft of a penis on your nose and mouth and make a motorboat motion. Quite difficult to achieve because you have to squat down and position the balls just right so they're on both eyes and then lean forward with on your hands so your dick gets in the proper place on the lips for the motion to be done. Great for parties and gatherings.
