Usually a sexual situation setup (preplanned) in advanced by a Desperate (sexual, emotional, or situational (like pregnancy or citizenship), or monotary (alimony, child support)) designed to force a person to marry another. There are 2 types "before the fact" and "after the fact". Before the fact is an entrapment. An example is The person is pregnant and tell a guy hes the father even if hes not.
