Usually has their weapon so decked out in accessories that the weapon weighs more than 20 lbs. The Tactical Tommy usually tells all of the latest Tactical class he has attended and 99% of the time doesn't know how to properly disassemble his weapon yet alone make accurate hits at less than 100 yards because they are too busy trying the latest Ninja moves. Doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to basic fundamentals of shooting but hey, he looks good.
