This is related to those working in Support Call Centers that have to deal with cases dealing with stupid customers that require a lot of time consuming hand holding with their issues that you just do not have time for currently due to other more pressing issues. 'Troubleshooing" is the art of asking vague questions, making stock responses like "Let me take a look at your issue and get back to you if I have any questions" or just any general semi-related BS about a question or issue a customer is experiencing in a Support case to "shoo" them away so you can get to other cases in your queue.
