A person who demonstrates all the key characteristics and behaviors of both the Narcissist and Sociopathic personality disorders. Recent studies show that 1 in 4 people are undiagnosed narcissisiopaths. Publically, these people appear to be charismatic nice guys; privately though, they are verbally abusive, emotionally abusive, extremely toxic; and, should be avoided whenever possible. Gaslighting is their most commonly used manipulation tool and occurs when the narcissisiopath blames their victim for whatever heinous behavior the narcissisiopath actually did.
