Fairy Tail Syndrome is a state of mind of which a person is experiencing life from the inner workings of their own mind. They feel trapped, alone, sad, and not sure how to react to the world around them. On the outside, they are on auto-pilot. All they want is someone to come and safe them. Fairy Tail syndrome can appear after a traumatic experience, such as the death of a loved one. People can be in this state for days, months, or even years.
