n. The game where you are never sure of the amount of pressure needed to make the ketchup/catsup come out of the squeeze bottle dispenser. Too little pressure, and no ketchup/catsup comes out. Too much (or sometimes just the right amount) and you end up with 2 ounces/60 grams of ketchup/catsup on your burger/hot dog/kielbasa/self. So named due to the United States' largest ketchup/catsup manufacturer and maker of the squeeze bottles in question being Heinz Foods, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US.
