Springfield, OH is a city that ranks the 11th most dangerous in the nation. A place where you can drive through any neighborhood, any day, any time of the day and not see any children outside playing. The increase of drug addiction and sales, economic depression, ballooning alcoholism, over crowded lock up facilities and a host of other ills however, have not hindered some to raise stable families IN SPITE OF all of this. With one exception, Holiday in the City, the downtown area which used to be filled with life, is now a near lifeless shell of its former glory.
