(kəˈmēlizəm) n. An economic and political idea in which the production, distribution, and exchange of products or services are privately owned, however regulated by the community, laws are made legal by true democratic vote, the people are judge, jury, and enforcer, and public officials are decided on directly by the people, rather than through a representation of the people's will. The extent of said elected officials ends at being ambassadors, and drafting laws for the people to vote on.
