Slang. Finding something of value in the street but usually the value (usually in a street's gutter) that typically has no real cash value like finding a whole cigarette lying in the street. This can also be a reference for those who dumpster dive or dig in the trash. Usually associated with Crusty Punks and homeless drug addicts.
