President of the United States from 2000-2008. A crazy Texan who often had often had trouble stringing short sentences together, he managed to screw over the public education system, left more people unemployed than when he took office, and maintained that a war for oil was started to liberate the Iraqi people who he kept in terrible conditions with an international embargo. Among his other infamous achievments, Mr. Bush left the U.S. in a $500 billion hole and oversaw the creation of a color-coded fear-mongering system. Left the presidency a misunderestimated man, and has been widely considered the worst U.S. leader since Richard Nixon.
