Definition 1: Reptile commonly found in the Mexico and South America region, more or less. Definition 2: When someone has skin sagging from their throat (commonly called a "saggy throat") like the way iguanas do. Definition 3: When somebody is thicc, like the way iguanas are thick because they store fat and have thickness to their saggy throats.
