Snapfishing is when below average looking people use Snapchat or other picture filters on social media/social sites in order to catfish unsuspecting victims. Snapfishing has become the most popular way of catfishing because the predator can always claim the victim knew what they looked like before meeting because "they have 1000 pictures of themself". Often the predator/Snapfisher will include one or two unadulterated pics which are burried by countless modified pictures in an attempt to negate blame and absolve themselves of any wrong doing. Beware of calling out a Snapfisher as they will instantly initiate self preservation mode and lash out. Often their initial reaction will be to label you as a "hater", Start falsely accusing you of doing the same thing or anything else they can drum up in order to absolve themself of any wrong doing. They will often go to great lengths in order to continue living in a fantasy land filled with their dellusions of grandeur.
