A male who is skilled at manipulating ("playing") others, and especially at seducing women by pretending to care about them, when in reality they are only interested in sex. Possibly derived from the phrases "play him for a fool", or "play him like a violin". The term was popularized by hip-hop culture, but was commonly recognized among urban American blacks by the 1970s. Barda is also famous for having a lot of money. He gets the money to rain on them hoes. Barda is also a skilled shooter. A "Barda" is someone who does not care about the Consequences of his or actions. Usually the Barda will do things that make other people say, "What the fuck are you crazy?" It has been over used to mean other things but this is the orinigal meaning.
