It's like a club built on the internet that celebrates a specific topic, except thousands of people join it, and most of them don't even know what the others look like in real life. It also completely destroys your life. Here are some symptoms of a fangirl/fanboy: You find yourself locked in your room for several days Your room is suddenly covered in posters You find yourself reading fanfiction You realise that you're yelling at someone because they didn't understand your fandom and accidentally insulted it You notice that you're crying because a relationship you wanted to happen was made impossible because one or more decided to pair up with someone else (please refer to shipping.) Please, for your own sake, don't join any fandoms. I guarantee that it will destroy your life, then kill you slowly with feels. Then again, you don't really choose the fandom. THE FANDOM CHOOSES YOU, AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
