A PTU Bath is washing just your "pussy, titties, and underarms" with a washcloth or wet wipe at the sink and putting on some perfume/body spray/powder when there's no time for an actual shower or bath. The term, to my knowledge, originated from an older woman with a bright and beloved personality that played the church organ most of her adult life before passing away at nearly 90 years old! She was gem!!
