It's an interjection/slang in Brazilian Portuguese. 'Eita' is an interjection commonly used in the southeast region of Brazil, suggesting awe or surprise or even conformity. And 'que tiro' literally means 'what a shot'. When they are thrown in the same sentence, usually means the sayer is in awe, while looking at an attractive person.
