A self absorbed middle to upper class woman, usually a mother, who gets in people's way by stopping in inopportune or inappropriate places. Usually older, glasses, mom jeans, maybe a sweatshirt with floral applique. They stand in the middle of aisles at the grocery store, look askance in the doorway of the Barnes and Noble, stop at green lights. not all of their blocks are physical, or literal. They can block careers, or relationships, or personal growth.
