(Noun) A sexual act in which the giving party dips their hand in elmer's glue, then proceeds to coat their hand in rice krispies. After the hand is thoroughly coated, the giving party proceeds to give the receiving party a handjob with the aforementioned hand. Not to be confused with a popper, which is a very similar act, but with popcorn kernels which are heated in the oven at 425° Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes in the place of rice krispies.
