A Post-Thug is someone pretending to be your everyday Postman, however, when tempted by his/her basic thug nature, simply can't resist stealing your "good mail" ( gift packages and fun looking items.) Post-Thugs are excellent liars and are able to accomplish their sneaky thievery by having your packages "mysteriously" disappear Or be delivered to the "wrong" address, never to be heard from again. Of course sometimes postal items truly are lost however when dealing with the Post-Thug, you're special packages will often go missing. Unfortunately, in most cases of this kind of blatant thievery, your Post-Thug goes unpunished, allowed to mess with your mail whenever they so desire, because sadly the Post Office they work for just doesn't give a damn.
