It's when you're so thirsty and you can't quench your thirst. You're also known to shart your pants often in public places. Sharting then turns into full blown shitting your pants and you have to smoke weed to calm yourself before you hose yourself off since you're covered in your own shit. Shatweed is the worst person to be. Nobody likes them not even when they're drunk or high. Maybe a straggler crackhead will befriend them grudgingly only to run far away after a whiff of their smell.
