Twin souls start out as one soul that is seperated into two, whose purpose is to eventually reunite after both halves have learned to be whole again on their own. When twin souls look into each others eyes, it is like looking into a mirror that reflects the good and the bad that is deep within them. They will cross paths many times, in many different lifetimes throughout the journey, but it will never fully work out between them until both halves have become completely healed from the lessons learned along the way. Only then can they return to each other for an eternity of perfect unconditional love beyond the physical world.
