But subsists on varieties of liquor, alcohol, etc. derived from alcohol bearing distilled or spirituous beverage, as brandy or whiskey, as distinguished from a fermented beverage, as wine or beer. 2. a person who encompasses the practice of following a liquor based consumption decree with or without the inclusion of fruits or vegetables as mixers for some variation of concoction, libation, or aperitif, and with the express exclusion of solid food of any sort while getting said drunk on.
