A term commonly used in ireland (mostly northern ireland) it means pissed off, bored, adgitated except for no particular reason. like if you go out to the pub with your mates but not much is hapening, but you have nowhere better to go but you feel as if you should be somewhere else or be doing something else but you dont know why because you actually like being in the pub but you just feel scunered.
