Whutha is slang for WHAT THE FUCK? It is a safe way to say it public, at work, or on the tv or radio with out using the curse word "fuck". Everyone has heard it and sure it is spelled many different ways as well (what tha, whattha, whatthe, etc.), but this is a fast and clean way to refer to "What the fuck" that everyone understands.
