Consuming enough marijuana to constantly maintain a layer of THC on the brain's neurotransmitters. It takes the average human around 3 weeks off the weed for the neurons to flush themselves. After prolonged periods of habitual use, the THC affected neurotransmitters are covered by more and more layers of THC creating a stronger permanent high, noticeable throughout daily life, high or not.
