A skeeboo is most likely a teenage boy and on the occasions a female. Often skeeboos are found to be wagging class or smoking pot. They are called skeeboos because one of their main catchphrases "Skeeeee". Other phrases you may here skeeboos say are "Ehh Ehh" and "Margo tamn". Typically they are rude to teachers or classmates. Normal kids can become skeeboos if they are around dominant males for to long.
