Opposite gender best friend forever When an individual has a 2 best friends and one of them is the oppsite gender, the opposite gender best friend is called OGBFF. When a guy has a guy best friend but also a girl best friend, the girl is called OGBFF. Same for when a girl has a girl best friend but also a guy best friend, the guy is called OGBFF.
