A monster who is also a pathetic piece of shit who does not notice it and thinks it would be normal and even genuinely good. Usually a pompous, affected, presumptuous person who thinks they would know everything there is to know and know everything about everyone, bascially because they are too narrow-minded and pompous to continue learning, and think they would be doing people a service by degrading them and imposing on them and affectedly/"cleverly" manipulating argument.
