An invented term by a small but vocal group of people that don't like being interrupted when they are talking, particularly by men. This term may stem from a fringe group co-opting feminism that are biased/sexist against men. Both men and women interrupt each other on occasion for various reasons. The prevalence of instant gratification in society may exacerbate the problem of self control during social interactions and prevent many people from practicing good listening skills. There is no sexual or gender bias for the need of everyone to act in accordance with being good members of society. Despite its gender slandering and sexism, it's kind of a clever use of portmanteau.
