Dominating the emmense Port Davies skyline, these triple towers located on the banks of the River Avon. They are the centre of the government of the county of Wales. At the top of each of the three towers is a penthouse apartment; the first tower, named The Edward I tower provides a city residence for the High Sheriff. The second, known as the Henry VIII tower provides a residence for the Deputy Sheriff, Lt. Col. Richard W. Norman CBE PhD. The 3rd tower, the Elizabeth II tower is the High Sheriff's families' residence.
