Broome Community College, also known by its pretentious title SUNY Broome, is a 2 year community college located in the de-facto capital of New York's Southern Tier Binghamton. Students finding themselves attending the overly promoted institution fall under the follow categories: 1. They are a local resident who didn't have the necessary GPA/SAT scores to get into nearby Binghamton University. 2. They are a non-local resident who didn't have the necessary GPA/SAT scores to get into nearby Binghamton University. 3. They don't know what the fuck they want do yet and to appease their pissed of parents they enroll in liberal arts and end up with a two year degree and no job.
