A term used by Australian marijuana smoker's. The person who chops up has the privilege of first cone/toke. In Australia, weed is 'chopped' up with scissors or a knife and tobacco is added and also chopped up, combining the tobacco and marijuana into a 'mix' or 'chop'. This mix of chopped up tobacco and marijuana is then smoked through a water pipe/bong or a joint (marijuana cigarette).
