NDP party has a fiscal policy that is Not Directly Proportional to reality. These guys and gals smoke ganja, unionize, grow pony tails, and empty the provincial coffers via fiscal munchies. Able to swing the vote via disenfranchised underemployed (basically 80% of immigrants in BC) labour. BC is run by Vancouver. Hong Kong runs Vancouver.
