Hip hop is the anti-movement. Take Lional Richie for example, his music was intended to close the gap between identifiable black and white music. There was a movement for equality for all men, (known as the civil rights movement) and with todays hip hop music, that gap is quickly being torn open. For estetic purposes Hip Hop music is realistic. Although my respect for it ends there.
Hip hop is the anti-movement.

A genre of music which seems to have three main topics suggested in its songs: sex, drugs/drinking, and booty shakin'!
I listened to hip hop all day yesterday and sensed a couple recurring themes!

A genre of music, that for some reason, unlike Disco, will just not die already. In the 1980s it was a good alternative to Disco and a positive social voice for Blacks (or African Americans), but has since then faded, degraded and has become an icon of crime, hatred, greed, gang related violence; or just for people wanting to look or be bad.
We can only hope that Hip Hop can die like Disco and blacks can create a new, positive, original and creative music genre.

A music genre that has surely lasted the wrath of time. I really wish it would die out already. Hip Hop music should go out of style like Disco. It’s old already.
There needs to be a Hip Hop Demolition night, like there was a Disco demolition night back in 1979; Since it’s 2020.
