Someone that says they encourage disagreement even though they can't really take disagreement or opposition to them, and people have already ended up in jail or worse for standing up to them. Someone that only says they respect other people, their experience, their beliefs, or their opinions because they know they want other people to respect them, and not because they actually respect anything about the other person.

The poser always talked to people like she owned the place and had authority over over to encourage/discourage them to do things. She never held anything or anyone (except possibly herself) sacred enough to respect it/them.

Someone that has to make clever abbreviations for words so that they don't end up cursing, to defend their appropriate and wholesome looking/sounding image.

He/she was a poser that didn't want to say anything that didn't make him/her look wholesome or appropriate. The fucked up thing about it was he/she also didn't want to say/do anything that made him/her look uptight or prudish, because he/she also wanted to play the people who hated anything wholesome.
