With Billie Joe Armstrong (Guitarist; lead vocals), Mike Pritchard, AKA Mike Dirnt (Bassist; back-up vocals) Tre Cool (Percussion), and back-ups Jason Freese and John White. They have 9 studio albums: 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, Kerplunk!, Dookie, Insomniac, Nimrod, Warning, Shenanigans, American Idiot, and 21st Century Breakdown. Plus other contemplation albums and CD/DVD's. a.Many new wave teen lovers are posers. b.Many people have also thought that they have sold-out, and won't listen to the new stuff. c. People who think that they only have 2 albums. BTW: I am a 13 year old girl, who heard of them from my brother who only thought they had American Idiot. I went and listened to Kerplunk! from a friend, and absolutely fell in love with them! Warning, which will complete my collection, is coming in the mail this week!

They are horrible yet people like them simply because they have been pushed with a social agenda to corrupt the US with such crappy songs like "Don't Wanna Be an American Idiot" and other pieces of crap people seem to call "music". THEY ARE NOT TO BE CLASSIFIED AS BEING A PUNK ROCK BADN, BUT RATHER A POP ROCK BAND LIKE BRITNEY SPEARS.

Great Musically Gifted Punk band... older songs and albums way better.... There parents were not dead beats or at least mikes His mom is my fathers best friend!!!!! There new music is for a generation of weird poser kids that slit there wrist because its the cool thing to do.

Wow look at all those poser kids trying o act hard core listening to boulevard of broken dreams. They probably have never even heard the song sweet children. Green Day has a lot of good songs all overshadowed by the new album american idiot.
