The meanderthal unhitched his jeep before parking the RV. The hot air balloon festival hosted thousands of meanderthals from all around the world.

The condition demonstrated by one having one's head down, focused solely one one's cell phone screen while walking, invariably at a slow, dazed pace on a random, haphazard course. Often accompanied by mouth breathing. The condition is non-gender specific.

Terry's meanderthal wanderings have been responsible for multiple cases of other pedestrians having to suddenly change course to avoid collisions, and more than one or two rear-end collisions as Terry aimlessly stepped into traffic without warning, oblivious to the rest of the world.

When you are you in an area with a lot of people who are walking such a supermarket, high street, festival etc, and there are people with no spacial awareness walking REALLY slowly and in your way. Cross between meander and neanderthal.

There are meanderthals everywhere today. The mall was full of meanderthals. Oh my god this guy is a total neanderthal.
