1. A guitar designed so that it may be strummed with the left hand rather than standard guitars, whose body and string arrangement are designed to be strummed with the right hand. 2. A seriously ugly girl but gives it up to anyone. It is derived from the saying: "lefty loosy, righty tighty" when trying to remember which way to turn bolt to loosen it. Also commmonly said is "if it left it can't be right. If it's not right it must be wrong." Which refers to the expression "she looks wrong"
"Man she was a lefty but I was desperate to get some"

A girl that you have no interest in as a partner, but you will nonetheless be down to “cuddle.”
1st guy: “ayy man who was that girl you were sitting by at lunch?” 2nd guy: “aw she’s just a lefty. Know what I’m sayin?” 1st guy: “whatever faggot”

The art of Leftying. When one male friend touches another male friend's genitalia in a pleasuring manner....with his left hand. Hence, "Lefty".
Dude, how are you doing that? Oh, it's no biggie. I Lefty myself at home all the time. Dude, teach me.

Usually spread across social media and typically used as a insult to anyone who may be perceived as holding left-wing views. If the use of the term 'lefty' isn't backed up with any justification in an argument, it's a good indication they cannot form a rebuttal and only want to cease the argument. Further prodding after being called a 'lefty' usually results in being compared to a child, snowflake, stupid, degenerate, or anything which the initial user of the word 'lefty' isn't already.
'There is not yet an iota of proof that Halal funds terrorism.' 'It's that kind of lefty crap that kept ISIS going for so long.'
