Commonly a term used in reference to cars such as riceburners with loud irritating mufflers though occasionally applied to say, a computer with a see-through side decorated in neon lights and colored wiring so as to impress other shells of human beings

To be heavily modified, as in a car with a nice paint job (no fake racing stripes), a kit, rims, an un-ricered spoiler, and all the goodies for the engine and maybe goodies inside too.

Did you see Jose's tricked out Mustang? He got black seats with suede trim, a computer inside, riding on 19's with fat tires and that supercharged engine sounds mean.

To the MAX. When something has been "tricked out" it has be modified to its fullest potential. BUT something that is not completly modified can be reffered to as "tricked out" as long as it looks and funcitons decently
