usually refers to a male New Yorker, or male italian. A "joey" is generally goofy, attractive, has several baby-mamas, likes leather clothing (jackets, gloves, even pants), bred specificaly for mafia families, enjoys looking at himself in the mirror...ANY mirror, has a diet inclusive of only pizza. Oh, and amazingly well-hung.
I'm sick of dating Joeys. My cousin thinks like a Joey.

A cool, funny guy who jokes around a little too much but deep down has a big heart and the best intentions at mind. A big brother figure in my life.
"Don't talk trash about Joey or I'm gonna lose it"
