Used by a person that does not believe that anyone should be responsible for behavior or that the meaning of anything should ever be questioned. Similar to "just saying", it is a way of having an opinion without actually being responsible for it. Anyone that questions the assumed group-think, is, by definition, a "hater". It attempts to attribute a negative mindset to account for dissent, rather than addressing what the dissent is about. It is a way of avoiding debate and using peer pressure to extort behavioral conformity.

(Noun) HAY-ter The term used by an individual who can't handle any differing opinion, no matter how slight, and immediately resorts to using this word to label those who harbor differing opinions. Mostly used by insecure automotive enthusiasts (predominantly the stance kids) who have a sense of self entitlement to project their existence over others and bypass rules.
