A buttox is also a booty, a booty is also known as a pelvis, a pelvis is also known as a bum, a bum is also known as gluteus maximus and that is the thing you use to shake in peoples faces.
"shake ur booty," says mother "Buttox"

If you followed this link from the word nasty ass, this person is a moron. It is spelled buttocks, blockhead, and it is the anal region.
The idiot who started this word and didn't define it is stupid, but even stupider, he spelled it wrong.

The fancy British way coined to make the term"ass" much less offensive.
When the old British people got angry at how people kept using the word ass a lot, they ruined the word and changed it to Buttox.
